Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be requested within 30 days from the date after receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items are exempt from being refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods
- Personalized items
These items cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the refund. Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping:
If you are returning an item for a refund due to a change of mind or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In some cases, we may request photo evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the resolution process.
Refunds for Promotional Items:
If your purchase included a promotional item or gift with purchase, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount if the promotional item is not returned along with the purchased item.
Cancellation of Orders:
Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
